Festival Musicalta

In 1996, Musicalta set up far from urban centres with the aim of bringing a music festival and a music academy to the highest level in Alsace. Every summer, Musicalta transforms the region into a veritable campus where musicians and audiences come together to share exceptional musical moments over 20 days.

One of Musicalta's original features is to offer events in attractive formats (artistic content, venues, public access) that combine the highest standards of commitment and creativity with the desire to be as close as possible to all audiences.

The success of the summer event - a not-to-be-missed rendezvous for festival-goers and students from all over the world - inspired us to guide our steps into the heart of the city. It was in the city of Lyon that we decided to create 'Lyon Printemps Musical'. In 2022, the Printemps Musical master classes will move to Chatou, just outside Paris. Set between the Seine and the greenery, and accessible by RER from Paris, the Chatou Conservatoire enjoys a peaceful and pleasant environment, providing students and teachers with a unique quality of work and exchange.
