A bold blend of farm-style tradition and modern techniques. Our beef is seared to perfection and then marinated in Alsatian spices for a tender, flavorful center. Served with a potato salad and a white cabbage salad with cumin, this dish is sure to bridge the gap between Asia and Alsace!

At all banquets, a welcome pretzel is offered! The meal continues with a selection of raw-milk cheeses! To finish, enjoy the traditional ice cream sundae, featuring two scoops of ice cream (flavors of your choice), fruit coulis, and fresh farm-style whipped cream!
